EligibilityCriteria
Any personabove the age of 16 years is eligible to take the IELTS exam, irrespective of
their gender, race, nationality, religion or background.
Exceptionof IELTS exam eligibilitycriteria is that there is no upper age limitin the special case of school admission where international schools need the
IELTS scores just for the confirmation purpose.
IELTSExam Pattern
The IELTSexam pattern is divided into 4 major sections, which examine the students'
listening, reading, writing and speaking skills of the English language of
non-native speakers.
Thelistening, reading and writing sections of IELTS exam have been conducted in
one day, which is pre-decided by the authority of IDP IELTS organization for
Indian students. Whereas the examination day of the speaking section of IELTS
exam has been chosen by the applicant.
The IELTS examhas two types of modules as:
1. Academic Module- Themodule is taken by the students, who want to study abroad in countries such as:
